Circa Cafe - Governors Bay

In my humble opinion, this is truly the best coffee I’ve ever had! It’s consistently outstanding, so we always know we’re in for a treat. I’ve enjoyed the coffee many times, but I haven’t tried the food yet. The barista, whom we affectionately refer to as “Mr. Circa Man,” is definitely getting a Christmas card from us this year!

Charming little coffee shop featuring a vinyl collection and turntables. There’s also a rack of clothing for sale with some pieces sourced from Japan. The food menu is quite limited, offering mainly sandwiches and baked treats.

This is the best coffee I've experienced in Christchurch. While the food options are limited, the coffee is outstanding. The seating area is charming, and they also offer a selection of retro gifts and clothing.

I had an excellent black coffee. Unfortunately, all the food was sold out, which I suppose means it must have been really good, especially since it was still just lunchtime. I’ll definitely return, but earlier next time.

I've been on the hunt for the perfect café that I could truly call "the one." Finally, I stumbled upon Circa while browsing Google, and my interest was piqued. We hurried through town, eager to end our search! After parking illegally, we were welcomed by a friendly and quirky personality. The meal was enjoyable, but it's safe to say that this place isn't quite the one for us.
