The Vine - Gosport

Sunday roast on the vine, just perfect. massive portiony vegetables, a huge yorkshire pudding, and a large selection of meats (and a generous vegetarian option,) all cooked to perfection. the personal is friendly, the prices are good. all in all, 4/5

Great place, fantastic staff. very friendly helpful. we ordered chicken bugs when they arrived, they had a 'fishing' taste, so that may have been cooked in the same oil as the fish. I mentioned it to a coworker that I made a fissonic (not as drastic as anaphylactic shock) her very kindly another part with fresh oil. the cocktails are also luxuriant. probably recommend a visit

Always have a great night out here. The couple who own the pub are fantastic and always make you feel really welcome. They have all the COVID procedures in place and more. They have gone over and above to make you feel safe. I take my children here for something to eat and they love it. I also go with friends and always have a great night. It’s table service only but this is to keep everyone safe. Enjoy the attentive friendly service, it’s amazing x

After deciding to try somewhere different we went to the Vine and we were greeted by a team of the friendliest staff that I’ve ever experienced. They were so very helpful and chatty. Not only was the service faultless I worked in hospitality and catering for 10 years so I don’t say this lightly) the food was amazing, the price was great baring in mind we were a family of 5 the cost of going out for dinner can bring me out in a cold sweat lol) and our whole experience there was fantastic and a truly lovely family atmosphere. We will definitely be returning. Great job guys.
