Wings Etc. - Goshen

Great place for a game. I saw the HR demo. they really need to set up the volume for games. the waitress was great. wings are fair, nothing great, but I like them and I don't have this chain home. it was discount wings at night on Monday, maybe $0.79/wing?

Only gave 2 star bc I like wings etc. as a food chain. I can't even count how many times I've gone into this situation for 10-15 minutes, even at the bar, and was totally ignored by the employees

The friend has separated me from the bar. bad experience. do not recommend, friend to wings etc. to take. he will take you from the watch and crush your soul.

We got there to a nearly empty restaurant and waited 15 minutes for someone to come up to the front desk and was told that there would be a 30-40 minute wait. Understood with these times but still confusing. Come 40 minutes we had not been updated and asked about it. Was looked at with confusion and then told the waitress might be ready for us. When we finally got seated it took another 30 minutes to get our drinks/apps, and the apps were cold, and then we ordered our meal. Come 9:40, having showed up at 7:30, we were asked if we wanted another drink cause food wasn't done yet. After watching multiple tables that arrived after us get their food before us we asked what was going on. it finally arrived and it was after 10pm and had clearly been reheated and even then was still cold. we had to leave due to our 1 year old needing to be put to bed. When we made a comment about the long wait the waitress made it seem like it was our fault for coming in at 730 and not earlier. Customer service was awful and I will NOT be returning.over $90 for cold dry food.

Used the online waitlist. It said the wait was 15 minutes. Arrived in 15 minutes and when we got there she said it would be another 30. When question, she said that the online waitlist doesn't work. Well, that doesn't work for me. Went to Buffalo wild wings.
