Bidra med feedbackWe always enjoy Thai and this is my wife's favorite place. I like the Rama here. The fried dumplings were delicious. My wife loves Drunken Noodles but tonight she tried the Drunken Fried Rice and I will say it was extremely delicious. We both miss the original place by the stadium but we still like this one.
It's fine. If you need Thai food, you don't need a lot of fanfare, and you're not looking for a foodie experience, this place will do you fine. It's hard to figure out what else to say. The food was fine, the service wasn't bad (or great), the ambiance is not anything that will wow you, and the prices are completely acceptable for the experience.
A restaurant that has seen better days The place feels like a dive, and the food is really terrible. Sloppy cooking, stale precooked ingredients, served nearly cold, and no resemblance to a glorious cuisine. Sad to see how this place is taking suburbanites for a ride. Really bland slop posing as Thai food. The service is non-existent.
Always difficult giving a mixed review to an otherwise extraordinary restaurant. Have been coming here pretty much weekly for over five years, even through the pandemic. Food is consistently good. Service is decent. Previous review holds up. One of the most telling things is anytime Thai food comes up in a conversation, this place comes up. Seems to be everyone's go to Thai food restaurant. So why the mixed reviews? We were turned away at 8:00 pm when the posted hours are til 8:30. Not only that the Open was up. We are not the type to skate in at 8:29 and want to be served. But a short rant. We work in hospitality, and have been in their shoes, but this drives me nuts. If you post hours, honor them. Want to close the dining room at 8, then post the hours as 8, change the sign, and close the door. Otherwise, you leave the customer trying to calculate when the last guest will be seated. Second, give a little respect to repeat customers.
Do not judge by mere appearances! This is exactly where you want to go for the real deal. What's on the outside is nothing like what's you find in the inside. Delicious, full flavored, authentic Thai food that hits the spot and great service.
