Domino's Pizza - Goodlettsville

Place needs to be restaffed. Lazy employees when I go in and pick up there's 5 people standing around figuring out who's gonna get the register. When I get delivery they beat on my door for 10 minutes even though it clearly says contact lessdelivery. Order was wrong not sure what they gave me in place of my wings but it looked similar to wet dog food baked incheese. Pizza is always undercooked. If you don't care about your job find another one.

I don't know if there was a language barrier or something else. The female that took my order, it was obvious that English is her 2nd language. Our order was placed at 7:53pm on 2/26/2022. At 9:22pm I had to call and find out where our pizza was. I wastold 2nd ton next out with a 10 minute eta. When it arrived it was not what we ordered, it was room temperature and it wasn'tthe price we were quoted. Since it was 9:45pm we ate what was delivered. Domino's never has had a good reputation in myexperience and this experience further confirms my opinion of the company.

I’m giving it a rate of 1.5 stars. They almost always get my order wrong but I continue to go to this location due to it being the closest. My last order they gave me a hand tossed pizza cut into 6 pieces only. Now, I’ve been on hold for 20 minutes. Overall unprofessional

Nailed it on a Monday night! Well done, Anthony our driver followed instructions... Awesome, will order again!!
