Bidra med feedbackI avoided this Hardee's for a long time because it really deteriorated in food and atmosphere. But I was told recently that things have changed so I went by and had a couple biscuits and coffee and it was very nice and the food was hot and good. I'll go back again!
I was robbed with no gun last night ! I waited for over 20-30. I was charged $40 for a combo. After trying to explain to the store manager Jamie that I already paid twice which my receipt would have shown but she refused to even look at the receipt. I also explained to her that there was a car in front of me that left without paying. Which she said she already knew about the car in front of me not paying. But had she looked at the receipt she would have realized my first payment was for the wrong order it was for the car in front of me. So my daughter paid for the car in front of us and I had to pay for me and my daughter separated orders. I feel so disrespected and inconvenienced. This situation could have been resolved by simply checking the receipt but not only was my time , money and patience disregarded but the integrity, respect and good customer service for Hardee’s customers are in question when you have fill-in general managers like Jamie representing this company . Oh and my fries was cold. Hardee’s y’all can’t do people like this! Check out the time stamps on the receipts.
I purchased a chocolate milkshake from Hardee’s today. The cost w/tax was $4.55. It looks like I got a little over 1/2 of what I should have gotten in that cup. When I questioned this, I was told that this was what the company wanted. Buyer beware if you want a whole milkshake. On the plus side, what I did get was delicious!
Not a good place anymore. They recently had issues due to covid, some days it was shut down, other times it was closed before 8PM. Now you have staff that really just don 't care about the customers happiness and much prefer you go to go somewhere else so they can continue to goof off outside. Done coming here and will not return, recommend Subway for now on until management or regional which I issued my complaint to, changes the staffing. Update: been a year, still no improvement. I will be making a few calls about this place. Staff are not trained on customer interactions. When you request something different to alter a menu item, you get an attitude. Food was cold, sand-which was smooshed, due to I suppose having to deal with a unique customer when they simply asked for a fried egg. Lady claim she didn 't hear me, yet I repeated it 3 times, and she repeated my total 3 times...Place needs to shut down.
This place needs to definitely work on consistency. I eat here quite often mainly because there aren’t many options around. I have to say it’s a winner about half the time. The other half the food is old, and seems to have set under a heat source for quite some time, or you don’t get all the items you ask for or realize once you on the road again you have no condiments.
