Lit Pizza - Gonzales

Finding a keto-friendly pizza can be challenging, but Lit has it nailed down! Their cauliflower crust is absolutely delicious, and the ingredients are incredibly fresh. Everything is cooked to perfection and packed with fantastic flavor!

My girlfriend Robin and I love the pizza here! The staff is fantastic, and the food is delicious. The restaurant is also impeccably clean!

I am a loyal customer of Lit and have eaten at all their locations, but the one in Gonzales was the dirtiest I have ever visited. There was mozzarella cheese all over the food selection bar and flour scattered across the entire floor. The employees were walking on top of the food items without any concern for the unsanitary conditions. The dining area was just as messy, with pizza crusts and paper littering the floor. If I were in charge of health inspections, I would close this location down. I did not order anything due to the unsanitary conditions. The owners need to visit this site and hire a manager who knows how to maintain a clean eating establishment. The staff clearly lacks pride and initiative in their work. I hope that once the owner begins to pay attention and properly train their employees, this location will become a place where I feel comfortable dining in or ordering takeout. If I could give zero stars, I definitely would.

I ordered cauliflower crust hoping it was as good as everywhere else that had it. The pizza came out and when I went to pick up the piece, it fell apart Instantly. It was extremely mushy and soggy. Dough wasn?t cooked through and after that one bite, i threw it away. As I have been very pleased with them before, this was absolutely disappointing.

Very tasty pizza, but they are kinda slow at putting it all together. Love the crust!
