Bidra med feedbackFor me, La Bahia restaurant is what I remember Mexican restaurants when I was young. That was my third visit as I have a longer stay in Goliad. The food is very good and consistent. The staff is very friendly, but is occasionally overwhelmed. This is never a problem for me since I'm never in a hurry. Her ground beef is something of the best I ever had! It is so tasteful and seasoned and perfectly cooked. All menu items I have tried are beef enchiladas, Tex-Mex w/crispy beef taco, panchos, chili con Queso w/beef and sopapillas. It salsa is thin, but very tasty and the chips are very good. Currently they are Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays with limited hours and request a reservation.
A salsa is really good and for those who like spices, this is the place. I saw the carne guisada. The part was very large and everything is good on the plate. It comes with 2 freshly made tortillas that perfectly complete the dish. You also have a wide selection of menu items such as chicken fried steak and T bones
It's over, on the way north today. What a pleasant surprise. You have a simple menu, with reasonable prices for high quality food. Service was excellent. Miss only one star because a repair is required in the toilet.
I went in and was great with a smile and a place to sit. Chips and salsa came out with the waitress. The sweet tea was great and the food was amazing.
Very good food and pleasant staff. Only drawback is that sometimes it takes a very long time to get the food ordered. Take out works best for us.
