Taco Bell - Goleta

There was a long brunette hair in my powerbowl. when I called her to inform her about it, the person on the phone said not-chalant, okay. as in the ground to say okaaayy, and what should I do with it and why should I care? I'm a servsafe chef and chef at the Ritz-Kolton. and finding a hair was what the long disgusted. I have filed a complaint online and a manager called and solved it by offering me a refund. but she also seemed to be honest as if she didn't really care about the lack of sanitation.

Really good costume service and always friendly and fast

I'd give a 0 if I could. An employee was wearing gloves and wiped their nose several times. We figured they'd change gloves or wash hands. Nope. Walked over to the food and wiped nose again and grabbed a tortilla. We cancelled our order and left. Disgusting even pre-covid.

Always a super long line but other than that...its Taco Bell.

I frequent this taco bell almost every week, and I have to say this is the taco bell to go in Goleta. The other location nearby is updated and looks a lot fancier and nicer, but the staff here is always very friendly to me and gets my order right and timely. I've never had an issue. The staff is all very helpful and has definitely came in clutch for all my late night taco bell cravings. i love you guys.
