Bojangles - Goldsboro

The food is always good and fresh when we go but the drive through is SO SLOW. We often wait 5-10 minutes in line when we are the 2nd or 3rd car.

The service was horrible. We literally stayed in line for 30 minutes as the cashier would walk off and leave. People continually left before ordering.She was so rude and said she was already having a bad day. I’m totally understand being short staffed, but you don’t have to combine that with being rude.

Bad customer service at the drive thru been waiting on my food for 15 minutes about to walk in and get my refund, don’t eat at this place.

I love Bojangles Raspberry biscuits and the fact that I can get dinner for breakfast meaning they serve chicken with all the fixings for breakfast!!! The service was excellent ???. I highly recommend Bojangles!!! They were exceptionally nice to a Philly Girl!!!!

The food doesn't taste as good as it used to. The staff aren't very friendly, and the atmosphere leaves much to be desired.
