SAIGON PALACE - Gold Coast

Despite making a reservation, the service was slow at this restaurant. The food, such as the chicken and pork, was overcooked. I do not recommend going there. It may be cheap, but our experience was not good.

My family and I decided to go out for dinner and chose this restaurant because we were looking for a banquet menu where one course is brought out at a time for everyone. However, we did not find what we were looking for. Despite trying to explain our preferences to our waitress, who had limited English skills, we ended up ordering the B banquet. Unfortunately, all the food arrived at once and after we had finished, more fried rice was brought out randomly. We were then asked if we wanted to take home the leftovers, which we did because there was too much food. However, we were disappointed to be given small plastic containers and lids without any cutlery to pack the leftovers ourselves. After waiting for more containers (we ended up needing four), we also had to wait to pay our bill. The restaurant wasn't even busy, so the wait was frustrating. The food was decent in terms of temperature and flavor, although the Mongolian Beef was too floury. Some people enjoyed it, but personally, I would not dine here again.

Really enjoyed the meal the staff were even kind enough to warn me that I had ordered a very spicy meal. Still very nice. Staff were attentive and helpful. Will definitely return.

Great food, efficient service, will visit again. Nicest Pho I have found on the Gold Coast. They don't skip on the portion size especially with seafood.

Oh my god the food was to die for everyone at our table gave it a 10 out of 10. Friendly staff and the atmosphere was excellent. Well done to the chef's and staff. If you want a great feed at an excellent price. Serious place to visit.
