Nando's - Gold Coast

The food at this restaurant is incredible! I highly recommend dining here and sampling their delicious dishes. The rice is a standout, it's the best part of the meal. Only this restaurant can make rice so flavorful and tasty. The chicken dishes are the most delicious I've ever tried here. The staff is amazing and always attentive to your needs. I 100% recommend this place!

The food at this restaurant is consistently delicious, and the customer service is exceptional. During my last visit, there was a mix-up with my friend's order causing me to wait longer for my food. However, once we informed the staff, Will went above and beyond to make it right by giving us extra chicken and two chocolate mousses as a gesture of goodwill for the inconvenience. Will was incredibly kind and attentive. Thank you so much for the outstanding service.

My wife, son, and I stopped by for lunch on a Sunday at 11:45. We were the only ones in the restaurant at the time. We ordered a kids meal, a burger and fries, and a 1/4 chicken with rice. Unfortunately, only the kids meal was served complete, and we were told that the sides would be brought out shortly. After waiting for 5 minutes, we decided to start eating as the food was getting cold. When my wife inquired about the missing sides, the same server who had brought our food earlier seemed unaware of the situation. I requested a refund as I felt like I had essentially paid $8 just for a chicken drumstick. I was instructed to wait, and eventually a different server brought over $8.50 to cover the sides. This experience was so disappointing that I felt compelled to leave a review, in hopes that it will help improve the service. Otherwise, the restaurant may continue to have more staff than customers during Sunday lunch service.

We go here for work lunch every couple of weeks great food and good spot as well. Sweet spud fries are the best and the wraps are always fresh and tasty A1

Nando's always good, but here, service is very friendly the atmosphere, background music, and decor also make this place a hub around lunch time at the heart of Southport! I'll be back again
