Fiddlers Green - Gold Coast

We had been recommended to go to Fiddlers Green and we were not disappointed. We arrived early on a Tuesday night (steak night) and were looked after very well. The place filled up pretty quickly so the earlier the better, I'd say it was 3/4 full by 6:30pm. The meals were large and VERY good - we both had rump steaks so cannot comment on the other food on offer. The pints were reasonably priced, not cheap but not horrendous either, all in all a great place for a good meal. We didn't experience any live music and the recorded music (mainly reels) got a bit tired after a while. Not sure about the "Irish experience" but the serving staff all seemed from Ireland...

The food is really good here and their specials are good value. I've eaten here twice now. The $12.50 steak meal was such good value. The atmosphere is really good and I would definitely come here again.The only thing I would say is the staff aren't always on the ball and we quite often had to shout them over after looking about for people for a while.

One of my favourite bars to go to in Surfers. Food is always great, staff friendly and good atmosphere.

On my quest for the ultimate Gold Coast nachos I've generally been a bit disappointed. The best nachos I've had was at this Irish bar. The kids loved their meals. The wife was a bit so si with her steak, but the cider calmed her down. Really good service with way cool accents. Really liked this place

Went looking for a quick bite one night and seen their sign offering $12.50 steak meals. Was not really expecting much for that price, but was pleasantly surprised. Staff were friendly and a great value meal. Steak was cooked well and served with chips, salad and even a sauce. Will definitely be returning
