Subway - Gloversville

The new owner is rude and likes to talk down to people. I went to get a water but every time the water came out it was filthy. I had to throw away the cup, she made a snarky comment about how the cups cost her money. Maybe clean your water and I wouldn’t have to throw it away. She also stated that water isn’t free, yet her associates have been giving people free water for months now. In no way do I blame them, she’s obviously just not a responsible manager. I feel bad for anyone who has to work under her, absolutely disgusted.

Go there to get a meatball sub, and every time I go there; they’re out. Can’t stock or keep up inventory.

Would give no stars if I could the guy that was working today at 2:17 was terrible, made me and my friends uncomfortable, he seemed angry and annoyed rushed our food and made them sloppy. Overall terrible visit.

I just had one of the best experiences I have ever had in a subway! Cheyanne, what a delightful, funny girl. Extremely knowledgeable and her customer service was nothing short of fantastic. This girl isn’t being utilized she needs a promotion.

Placed a picked up order. Best made Subway sandwich I have ordered. Made to my expectations. Great job to the employees that worked on August 22 from 2:30-3:30. Thank you.
