Typical small back road mcdonald’s. but friendly staff, short waiting, despite lunchtime a clean. a more pleasant experience than larger restaurants such as leicester square

The service is good and the restaurant is always busy. Finding parking can be a bit difficult. The ice cream service is standard for McDonald's.

Great job McDonald's on Northbrook Rd! There were 25 very cheerful employees here. The entire staff this afternoon was wonderful in assisting with my large order of 25 meals during the busy lunch hour. They were all very professional, efficient, and extremely helpful in bringing the order to my car. All of our items were included and everything was hot and delicious.

We waited 30 minutes for our order, only for it to be cold when we received it. We had to ask them to remake it, but even then, they still got it wrong. The chocolate milkshake tasted like a banana milkshake. The employee at the chip station was haphazardly throwing chips into orders without any care. We were not given straws and many customers were returning with missing items from their orders. The staff seemed indifferent to the situation. We definitely will not be returning to this restaurant.
