I asked for no cheese in the beef burger meals and there was salad and I ended up with cheese and salad in all of them not happy!my kids couldn’t eat there burger meals and there was fries missing.

I had the notification that my food was on the way at 18:22 I live within a 15 minute drive from the shop and it took nearly an hour, when the food finally arrived, the chips were stone cold and had hardened and the wrap and burger was cold, il collect from now on

Food arrived cold. Very poor service on this occasion .

Ridiculous. Ordered to delivery, then found out I need collected. Can't go cuz of work and they marked that I had collected my order. No food, money taken!!!

Food hasn’t arrived after over 2 hours. Apparently delivered to wrong address have called over 13 times to get an answer, keep getting told ‘we’ll make fresh and be there in 5 minutes’, last time we were told this it was 35 minutes ago!
