Tim Hortons - Gloucester

The drive through line up was to the street so we decided to go in. What a mistake there were 3 people ahead of us but it took over 30 minutes to get served! Meanwhile there was 4 to 5 employees working on drive thru and pretty much none working for inside customers. So many customers turned away because of the wait time, it seems this is a normal thing for them. I understand that drive thru might be more important but damn the inside customers are still paying customers as well!
