Bidra med feedbackThe drive through line up was to the street so we decided to go in. What a mistake there were 3 people ahead of us but it took over 30 minutes to get served! Meanwhile there was 4 to 5 employees working on drive thru and pretty much none working for inside customers. So many customers turned away because of the wait time, it seems this is a normal thing for them. I understand that drive thru might be more important but damn the inside customers are still paying customers as well!
Ordered a steeped tea double double and a small ice capp. Cashier did know how to charge me on my mastercard and took 10 to finally get it processed. To name matters worse she ended up giving me a coffee. It was my go to Tim's, yet no longer going
