Red Swan Pizza - Gloucester

I'm a huge fan of dipping sauces, as they often enhance the pizza experience, but honestly, I didn’t even need them because the pizza was simply THAT GOOD! Initially, the pizza had a little flop (see pics), but it firmed up as it cooled, which was no issue at all. Red Swan has an impressive variety of unique pizzas; I can't wait to try them all, although the double cheese might become my favorite. They also allow you to customize your crust—whether you're looking for keto, gluten-free, or no sesame seeds, they can cater to your needs! Additionally, they offer tasty appetizers like potato wedges, nachos, salads, and wings. I'm so excited to have Red Swan in our neighborhood!

What a wonderful hidden gem! The pizza was simply outstanding—definitely a 10/10! The sesame seed crust added a lovely twist. I’m really impressed that the dough and cheese are sourced locally! We tried two of their most popular choices, the BBQ chicken and spicy perogy pizzas, and both were incredible! I can’t wait to come back and try more, especially since they offer 40 different varieties on the menu! If you’re nearby, this place is a must-visit! Delicious and absolutely perfect! I just wish we lived nearer!

The pizzas at Red Swan are cooked to perfection, with the cheese almost browned—something I personally love, although my kids prefer it the way Domino's does it, more white! I tried a slice of their regular pizza, and while it was good, it didn't quite compare to the delicious butter chicken pizza. They have an impressive selection of toppings, including various types of paneer. If you're a fan of Indian-fusion pizza, you should definitely check out Red Swan! The staff was incredibly friendly, and our pizzas were ready in just 20 minutes. I really love Red Swan Pizza!

My only concern with this restaurant is the inconsistency of the crust at the bottom of the dishes. In certain spots, it was thinner, leading to a soggy slice. Being a new place, this could just be a sign of inexperience, and I hope it'll get better with time. The flavor was delightful, and the prices were fantastic. I intend to come back in a couple of weeks.

I ordered a cheese pizza with extra mozzarella, but it arrived with a very thin layer of cheese that was nearly burnt. I'm giving it 3 stars because the crust was good, but overall, it was a disappointing first experience. There are better places nearby that I've been ordering from for years, and they've never let me down. I decided to give this restaurant another chance to see if my first experience was just a fluke, but unfortunately, I received the same thin layer of cheese again, which prompted me to lower my rating.
