Cheezies Pizza - Glenpool

The Meatza Pizza was awesome. This was the first time I actually looked forward to eating the crust. I usually toss it or give it to the dogs but the crust on this Cheezies Pizza was so crispy and delicious that I WANTED to eat it. Idk if they changed their recipe lately or what. It 's been quite a while since I 've had a pizza from this company and I don 't remember it being THIS good.The lady who took our order at the drive thru actually brought the pizza out to us as we were waiting in the parking lot. She was very friendly and nice. We sat in the car and ate a piece before driving away and when she noticed we were grubbing out in the parking lot, she actually came back out and brought us some napkins. I was thoroughly impressed with the whole experience from the amazing customer service to the perfectly baked pizza.The teenager with me told me to write a good review for that lady and for Cheezies Pizza. If even the teenager was impressed, you KNOW it had to be great.

I will never do business with CheeZies in Glenpool, OK, again, thanks to Chris and his team! The service and food were the worst I've ever experienced there. The pizza was decent, but the hot wings were nearly raw and so slimy that they were impossible to hold! When I called to address the issue, Chris was unhelpful. I promise I won't be returning!

Typically, our pizza from Cheezie is hot and ready. We order from them every week, but during a large family gathering, we didn't have time to reach out about burnt cheese sticks and pizza. Now, I have the burnt pizza and cheese sticks to return because no one would eat them. When I finally remembered to call Cheezie about the issue, they informed me that there was nothing they could do since more than 24 hours had passed. They even blamed the burnt pizza on the kids and dismissed the concern. It’s not acceptable to just shrug it off like that. The pizza should never have left the store in that condition, and if it hadn't, I wouldn’t be here complaining about a lack of resolution. All we wanted was for them to remake it, and I would have been more than willing to return the items.
