Scarantino’s italian inn is the epitome of Italian cuisine! from the perfect environment they are treated when they first go, on the way they are greeted by the personal ... and most time from the owners themselves, to some of the best server anywhere, make to their mouthwater dishes easy! I have come here literally for 40 years and my comments/friends about scarantinos were these wonderful and hearty, consistent... all the time! this day in old. especially after these last, nightly years we have all endured, this is a facility that curses an urgently needed into the world of eating in its best. that's so damn good for all our souls! with much thanks, jeff white

Our new favorite Italian! From the beginning to the end we had a great experience yesterday. We were looking for something real that didn't change through the years, family business. ... We found it! We were received, had a table fast, even without reservation. The service was stellar, I am vegan, and the waitress knew exactly what she had to do (usually I have to explain what can/can not be too waiter and it will be tiresome) but she immediately took me with replacement without having something so efficient, detailed. The sections are also HUGE. The house wine Chianti of San Antonio was fantastic. The food was hot and tasteful, very authentic Italian cuisine. The atmosphere was friendly and cozy. It felt like we had come there for years, even thought it was our first time. It is clean (I love a good red and white table cover <3) great music, affordable, qualitative, great attention from waiters/busrs. I understand why it has been running since the 1960s, and I hope the family will keep the business open through generations!
