Oregano's - Glendale

Waiting for the seat was 45 minutes to hour. we had a party of eight. They had no nausea system or fans in the waiting area. after 30 minutes we went in to cool down. they had a large room that they served three separate tables, at the other end of the room were 4 tables of 4 chairs each. They didn't let anyone sit here. we had a cooler. they said it was against fire code to sit there. we didn't ask, just cool it. we had 3 adults in our party. they let us go out. we did not sit until 8::15 o'clock the waitress was very efficient. the food was good in time. I will never go back to this facility because they would not accommodate us by sitting in a cool area that was not used as we waited for our table: very bad handling of the customers by hostess manager. I will not support this facility again.

We did something we usually don't do. We smelled our food for a few moments. Distinct basel, parsley and rosemary aromas. I mean fresh stuff. It really caught our attention. You get big portions here. Pablo salad was uniquely satisfying. My wife and I shared the Flag Lasagna and Alfredo in the Dark with added shrimp, see pic. I was impressed. Real food. Nice looking place. Great ambiance and attentive wait staff. I had my usual ice tea, even it was great. Nothing but high marks.

The service was good. The food was bland and took a long time to come out. There was also a bean in the ranch of fried zucchini. The pizza cookie was doughy and had a lot of peanut butter chips.

Been going here for twenty years and I am not that old. Always a special treat. A go to for any time you are treating friends from outside Arizona. Everything on the menu is unique and freaking delicious. We take so many leftovers home as we order way too much.

Love this place and place! I never had anything but incredible food and service and highly recommended! The supervisor is always present and speaks with customers and very pleasant. Even the pleasure was that the General Manager stopped by our table yesterday only to chat and make sure everything was on our expectations. I think that's great! I can't say enough great things about oreganos! Thanks for always fantastic and consistent!
