Mcdonald's - Glendale

The server was distracted. I asked for a Double Bigmac, an off-menu item I have gotten before. I did not get it; I received a Double Quarter Ponder with cheese and bacon. Everyone wants more money, but no one wants to work for it. I am not going back.

We never eat at McDonald's but had a 9pm sweet tooth and ran uo for a caramel and hot fudge sundae. Hit the spot!

The staff is not friendly at all. and i waited for 20 minutes just to get my food and surprise surprise the fries are soggy.

Just a diet coke!! This is always my go to when I HAVE to get a pop, because NO other restaurant measures up regarding taste!! I've always felt like it was worth going out of my way to find a McDonald's!!Then, the other day l discovered why. l read an article discussing why McDonald's was rated #1 for soft drinks. It has to do with a perfect formula for drinks every time! AND, THE STRAW WIDTH has EVERYTHING to do with getting the perfect taste!! The exact amount of each ingredient with pure filtered water, carbonation and flavor. And, a daily ritual of thorough cleaning of all machine parts. The perfect attention to detail makes the perfect soft drink every time!!

You guys... come on... take 1.3 seconds to put the sauce in the bags. Seriously it is not that hard. Missing 6 sauces today that came WITH the 40 nuggets. Terrible service for an easy job..
