Marugame Udon - Glendale

I have the Curry Nikutama Udon who was $15! The curry was super thick and amazingly tasteful! We have all toppings green onions, tempura flakes and ginger that went perfectly together! It was such a simple and fast lunch. I was in 15 minutes and out! The workers are also very friendly, and there are many seats. If you do not end your food, they have a station to go with bags and also containers.

Exceeded my taste bud levels. Had the Chicken teriyaki bowl with Udon/Noodles and a green tea. The chicken was greatly cooked, the texture and teriyaki sauce were amazing. Udon noodles were full of flavor. The green tea itself is very refreshing. Great establishment to dine at.

Solid udon at a decent price. At first I thought ugh mall food but my son loves udon so we made a visit. I am happy we did the spicy (not really) udon was delicious the both was tasty and additions were not obnoxious. Although you do get some mall cafeteria style seating. We will be back especially if we're shopping in the mall.

A good place to grab a bowl of udon. The prices are not bad at all. However the tempura is where they get you. Ranging from 2 to 4 dollars, if you grab a couple, it can cause your bill to jump fast. On the other side they do pair well with the noodles. The water that offer complementary smells like fish bowl and tasted a little funky. Be sure to grab a can of soda or tea. Or bring your own water. Lastly, both the staff and atmosphere are nice and welcoming. Overall, a good place for a quick lunch.

I enjoy going here, mainly because they make fresh udon! Having fresh udon makes a difference when eating it. You can eat it plain (BK or Kake udon) and add your tempura protein of choice or you can eat one of their specialties (Curry Nikutama, Tonkatsu, Nikutama, Beef, Curry). Can't go wrong with any of them. The main problem is deciding which one to eat and fill your stomach with!!
