Bidra med feedbackI arrived at the drive-thru at 3 PM, and with four cars in front of me, I ended up waiting 40 minutes to reach the payment window. The employee was very polite and informed me that they were training a new staff member. I was asked to wait and pull forward, and surprisingly, I received my meal before the customers in front of me. Unfortunately, I didn't check my order until I got home, and I should have known better given my previous experiences at this location. As expected, my order was incorrect. It has been a long time since I've been to this drive-thru, and their repeated inability to get my order right in a timely manner is frustrating. After being a loyal customer of this chain for decades, I think it's time to say goodbye—especially after receiving the wrong order and not a single napkin. I do, however, have five packets of buttermilk dressing that I didn’t even ask for.
I visited the restaurant on Tuesday and had a bit of a concerning experience. When I arrived, the staff member who took my order was on his phone, which made me worry about cleanliness since phones carry a lot of germs. I noticed that only one person had washed their hands, and when I mentioned this, the staff member told me there was a wash basin in the back. I questioned why they didn't wash their hands before preparing food. I really think they need to prioritize cleanliness. On a positive note, my breakfast sandwich was cooked well, but the tacos were a bit too soft for my liking, and there were no warnings about that. Overall, there are definitely some areas for improvement in hygiene.
I ordered 22 items, but all I received was a sandwich—no drink or hash browns. I also ordered the 30 jumbo platter, but the portions were very small and not satisfying. It definitely wasn't worth the $18 I paid. I won't be visiting Jack's again anytime soon.
I went about three in the morning and they told me that the system was restarted and I was to order in five minutes. I sat 45 minutes in the parking lot of the Jack-in-the-Box and when I finally went through the way, they told me that it was only about five minutes that the system is restarted.
Great coupons and great food!!! Nice, pleasant staff!!! Robert is excellent!!
