Bidra med feedbackBest margs, patio, half price tacos on Tuesday, what more can you ask for?!? Service was great, food was delicious. These are FULL size st tacos. My favorite was the carnitas and the el pastor, my husband's was carne asada. What can I say, they are all delicious!
Stopped in to have lunch with a friend and about an hour after leaving we both got violently ill. I called the next day to speak to a manager (Amber, I believe) and told her about it not to receive anything but so they could pull whatever was contaminated. Her attitude was very nonchalant and her response was well, we haven 't gotten any other complaints sooo.... . Maybe that reaction is the exact reason? People would rather just decide to never dine there again and your business along with other customers just suffer? Bad look for this establishment that I have been coming to for years. Looks like I will have to find another place where they take responsibility for the sanitation, storage and quality of their food and actually care about their patrons getting ill. I had to take off work so I 'm pretty heated over this.
I have been coming to this restaurant for 18 years, or so I think. The manager, Juan, is always great whenever he sees me. However, the quality of the bar has declined since Jake opened his own business. Tonight, I experienced the worst service I have ever had. The owner's grandson just wanders around, not doing much. The bartender gave double the chips to couples next to us, and my wife had to wait thirty minutes for her first drink. We finally placed our order after an hour of minimal service. Twenty minutes later, the bartender asked if the order was ours, but we had not even placed it yet. We asked for the check and decided we had enough of the poor service. It's disappointing, as most of my friends knew how much I enjoyed coming here. Despite Juan being a great manager, the rest of the staff should not be in the business. Sadly, after years of support, I have decided not to return.
The food here was terrible. The lady taking orders at the front kept giving my elderly father mean looks and was not very patient with him while ordering.
The food at Caramba is delicious, but the woman who takes online orders is terrible in terms of her customer service. She is rude and mean. I called for catering today but decided to cancel it and go to a different location instead. This was the worst customer service experience I have ever had in the restaurant industry. The woman should be fired. However, on a positive note, I called the 23rd Ave and Bell road location and Juan was very friendly and helpful.
