The first customer paid in cash, and the girl then proceeded to take the order of the next person while still wearing the same gloves she used for handling cash. When it was my turn, she started to take my order, but I asked her to change her gloves because it made me uncomfortable.
The staff was disappointing! This was my third visit, and it was the same experience as before. The rice was overcooked. They clearly lack concern for quality. I won't be returning.
I'm not sure what went wrong during our visit today. We arrived shortly after 5 PM, and there was no line, just three other diners. However, all the tables were dirty and piled with trash. Although the food didn’t look very fresh, it turned out to be quite good once we tasted it. Unfortunately, while we were eating, the manager turned up the music and it became difficult for us to have a conversation. Overall, it seemed like the staff wasn’t really focused on taking care of their customers today.
Maybe the worst place I've ever been. There were 5 or 6 employees behind the counter that all seemed either confused what they should do or not interested / wanted to do something. An employee was busy hanging around with three people I suspect she knows outside of work. I stood for an inappropriate time while one of them was helped and flirted with the other two.
This location has to be the poorest ran Chipotle in Pennsylvania. I love Chipotle food, but this location is awfully managed. They are routinely out of food, never have salad dressing, but today was especially unique. I go into the store and they have a sign ?online orders only?. It amazes me businesses can be run like this and still be successful. Yikes.
