Papa Johns Pizza - Glen Carbon

I’m currently on a low-carb diet and wanted to indulge in a pizza without the crust. I heard that Papa John’s has introduced pizza bowls, so I decided to give them a try. I’ve had Marco’s pizza bowls several times and found them to be an excellent alternative to the traditional pizza. However, I was very disappointed with the Papa Bowl, which I found to be terrible. We ended up throwing our bowls in the trash and choosing a salad instead. It's a very straightforward dish, and it seems that Papa John’s is struggling to get it right. I’ll continue to satisfy my cravings for pizza bowls, but I won’t be returning to Papa John’s for them.

I live in an apartment and usually don't choose the contactless delivery option, but nearly every time I order from this place, the delivery driver leaves the pizza at my door and walks away without even knocking. I've ended up with cold pizza because I didn't realize it had arrived, my food has been stolen by neighbors, and I've even had my pizza get soaked in the rain. There's nothing worse than cold, wet pizza and soggy cardboard.

This was my first visit to this location, and I had a wonderful experience! The customer service was excellent, and the pizza was delicious, which made my kids very happy—making me happy too! We will definitely be ordering again. A big thanks to Andrew and the staff!

Their online ordering sucks. You can put all your info in after spending time building your order and it just keeps returning you to the review your order screen and won't process the order. Whether you pick card, cash, or pick up. Doesn't matter. Doesit for all. I'll order somewhere else and save my time and money for somewhere that doesn't give me a headache to try and takemy money

Ordered NY style pizza tonight. Crust dry and thin. Definitely not foldable. Not any bigger than a large. Very disappointing and not worth the money. Will not order again.
