Cold Stone Creamery - Glen Burnie

This is probably the most disgusting Cold Stone Creamery I’ve ever visited— the moment we walked in, the smell in the store was so bad our entire group nearly gagged. Smells like rancid foot cheese— we were too scared to eat there based on how dirty everything looked and smelled. Slabs were crusted in black sludge, fruit flies, dirty counters and glass dividers. Eat there if you dare.

Lots of flavors and good service. But the smell. Is god awful in the store. Idk what died. But my whole family had their noses covered

This place is great, I've gone maybe 10 times now. They always have the ice cream flavors well stocked and waffle bowls ready to go. The staff here is super friendly and whenever they make my ice cream if they have a little leftover that doesn't fit they put it in another container for me to take with me and have a little extra! It's also a clean place and they have tables outside for you to sit down.

We were a family of 5, they kept rushing us and it was very frustrating. I understand if it packed out with people but it was just us. And the store smelt absolutely disgusting and none of them wore gloves.

Every time I place an online order, they seem to forget about it until I arrive. The staff, mostly young adults, appear unhappy most of the time and often treat customers as if they are a bother. Additionally, the restaurant has had a foul sour dairy smell during my last few visits. It’s disappointing because I really enjoy this chain; unfortunately, this location isn't living up to its reputation.
