Beppis - GLEN ARBOR

The entire dinner was an ongoing host of problems. We had a large group but they had enough room, and because I 'm a waitress and I know large groups can be hard and confusing, we all tried to be especially nice. The food we ordered came out excessively slow, which wasn 't the waitress 's fault, but it looks bad on the kitchen. However, the pizzas had completely wrong topping and when I asked the waitress about it, she never got back to me. Literally all she had to say was yeah and then she walked away. Other waitresses kept coming by to try to compensate for her and give us refills and cups to one person in our party who went nearly the entire meal without anything to drink. My glass had a hole in it and was leaking everywhere, but the waitress did not care, surprise surprise. We tried to get her attention many times and she would look at us and walk away, but we watched and to her other tables she was very attentive. Very frustrating experience. The ambiance is nice, and the two men playing guitar and singing were great. If I rated it on these two things alone, it 'd be five stars. But the service was literally so horrible that it knocked it down to one.

I love Beppis, the crust is perfect, lightly crispy on the ouside and warm and soft, so good. They also usually have a pretty good beer selection from Michigan breweries and a full bar. Good service, atmosphere and musicians as well.

Whether or not you ski, there couldn 't be a more fun apres ski spot than Beppi 's! As you savor the genuinely Italian setting, sitting by the fire enjoying the pizza vino, you think you 've taken a trip to the Italian Alps! Delizioso!!!
