O'charley’s - Glen Allen

I highly recommend trying O 'Charley 's. I ordered the spinach artichoke dip as an appetizer for the entrée I had the Bacon Cheddar Burger well done without pickles. It was delicious! My order also included four complementary rolls. The rolls were fresh but was missing something in the flavor. I got my food to go overall I was very satisfied! The hostess greeted me was friendly while I waited. I spend a total of $23.08 I would definitely eat here again.

It is never a good sign when you are greeted with We don 't have a dishwasher right now, so we don 't have any small plates. The hostess was slow to greet the three parties in line. This location seems to be understaffed. The server was attentive. The food was okay. Nothing was outstanding except the salad-very fresh. The tortilla soup was good but it needs some tortilla strips to finish it. The chicken tenders are very heavily breaded. (Use caution if you are diabetic or on a diet. The ambience was nice, the restaurant clean,and our server was hustling around servicing a lot of tables and doing it well.

The last time I went to this location, my grandma called in the same night. After being put on hold for 45+ minutes, she was hung up on. The next morning, she called and reached a manager who apologized and gave us a few gift certificates. We wanted to give the store another chance because he seemed genuinely shocked at how we were treated. Tonight we tried to order and I understand the website couldn't support unpaid-for pre-orders. We called and were told we would have to call back closer to when we wanted the meal. When we called back though, the first call we were hung up on. This seems to be a bad habit for this location. We called back and were immediately put on hold. We called the location on Broad St, out towards the city next to the Burlington Coat Factory, and the person who answered didn't hang up, didn't put us on hold, just happily took the order. The order was being put together in the expected time (instead of an 50 minutes after the projected pickup time like this location) and we were offered water while we waited only because the order was big enough to take up 3 bags. Overall the service at this location is BEYOND lacking. It was horrendous, rude, and I don't think I would ever go back. This rebound received a response from someone previously asking the store location and my phone number, as if that weren't readily visible in the screenshot attached image. No wonder the staff gets away with so much if the owner is that unobservant.

Really. Catfish tenders. The chicken tenders bigger than this. So disappointed. May rethink ordering from this place again.

Extremely slow service. Waited almost 30 minutes to get our soda orders. Staff was almost non existent. Had to get my own silverware from the hostess stand because the hostess was nowhere to be found. Finally, we did get our food, which was not bad at all. Had not been to this location in almost two years. Service was bad then, but we figured we would give them another try. NEVER AGAIN.
