Passiontree Velvet - GLEBE

Located in the Broadway shopping centre, this outlet is situated within the food court area. There are enticing cabinets full of pretty looking cakes and macarons. I had a sweet tooth tonight and tried my best to resist but it was futile! Service is friendly and as it was the evening they weren't all that busy. After much deliberating and being indecisive I chose the Salted Caramel Tart and this was absolutely delicious. The caramel in the tart was lovely. The pastry was short and crunchy. Nuts added a nice salty crunch. It was topped with a salted caramel macaron. I also got the Coconut and Earl Grey Milk Chocolate Macarons. Although smallish in size they packed a good flavour for both of them. The desserts are priced on the highish side but they were tasty!

This place has really delicious, uniquely flavoured French macarons and pastries.

Ordered her birthday cake, it turned out just like the picture, tasted amazing and it really good value for money. was not too sweet, which is great! their other desserts are also really good.

Have tried this before at macquarie. I thought it would be safer to go with the red one, but it had to be a lot of cream cheese for my taste. the cake itself was good,

Best what we do in the thing! so fresh ome! it also has a good coffee and a great service. and great customer service. also love the ambiente.
