Smashburger - Glassboro

The food that we ordered was horrible. Undercooked chicken. Undercooked bacon. Cold fries. And a completely outrageous price!! We coudnt eat 75 percent of the meal! This was unacceptable and unsafe.

Burgers and cheese were burnt. The bbq bacon burger had no bbq and only a half piece of bacon. Fries were cold and soggy. Kids cheeseburgers had no taste. Will not be ordering from here again

Usually good but dont order late you get leftover burnt burger sooo well done no meat left blows my mind how someone served this

Ive been here during lunch and dinner and it was always great. But the late night crew is terrible, they talk to each other unprofessionally, they toss people orders around cause they rather talk and fall behind on orders then do their jobs , the wait is uncomfortable and when they finally give you your order its meet with more unprofessional behavior, staff like that dont deserve even minimum wage

Staff fraternize with any other have relationships with other employees at work that the employees are very unprofessional, the manager cannot write, a schedule has no employees time for breaks in double shifts
