Koo-ee Cafe - Glasgow

Large small café for vegetarian / vegan options. They have a variety to choose including cooked breakfast, breakfast bagels and bakery. We chose the vegetarian breakfast that had eggs, halloumi, veggie square sausage, sourdough toast, spinach, mushrooms, beans and homemade hash brown. We also ordered the breakfast bagel that had a fried egg, homemade hash brown, tomatoes, cheese and Sriracha sauce overall it was delicious and would definitely go back and recommend to others! That's a little jewel in Glasgow's south side! Choose a few vegan options, such as French toast and cunning tofu, which are both delicious. Really want to go back for the maple tofu sandwich as the cook let us try a few slices of tofu and it was sooo delicious! So friendly staff, delicious coffee and beautiful cakes!

Would definitely give this place 5 stars if I could, but can not, as it is not completely vegan / vegetarian. All articles were very marked and there were a variety of options. I had the broken tofu on toast for which I should die! We also have a sample of the new vegan French toast that was amazing! I hope to see the next time in the menu. The coffee was nice and there was a wide selection of milk to choose, including oats, peas and hemp. There were also many vegan cakes, most of which I have ever seen from somewhere that is not just vegan. I had the cinnamon roll that was very tasty! The staff was also amazing and welcoming, which is always beautiful. All in all a Fab experience!

I hope to see it on the menu next time. the coffee was beautiful and there was a great choice of milk to choose, among them hafer, inherit and hemp. there were also many vegan cakes, most of which I have ever seen from somewhere that is not only vegan. I had the cinnamon roll that was very tasty! the personal was also amazing and welcoming, which is always beautiful. all in all a Fab experience!
