Bidra med feedbackWe had a reservation for 5pm and arrived a bit early. We were seated promptly at our table. The restaurant was busy and full of energy. The service was attentive and friendly. We ordered from the dinner menu and the food was outstanding. I had planned on having a 3-course meal but ended up only being able to finish 2 courses because the portions were generous. The dinner was delicious and I will definitely be returning, if only to try the dessert next time.
The pasta was excellent! I ordered a dish with clams and they were already opened, making it much easier to eat.
It can be tough to find good restaurants in a big city, but I stumbled upon Amalfi during a casual stroll. It's a charming little spot. I highly recommend their chicken lasagna and their chicken wings in homemade tomato sauce - absolutely delicious!
Tried out this place on a visit to Glasgow with my daughter. It has amazingly friendly staff and a lovely welcoming atmosphere. We both ordered pizza and sadly my daughter's margarita was over cooked as the cheese had started turning brown. My ham pizza was incredibly dry, there was very little cheese and even less tomato sauce. We ate what we could, paid and left. They seem to offer a real variety of Italian dishes and many of the other diners seemed very happy, but our pizza experience was a miss. Would maybe try again but order one of the delicious looking pasta dishes.
I've been there twice. It's an excellent restaurant. The foods is freshly made and the staff are lovely. Reasonably priced too. You can't beat an enjoyable experience
