Little Caesars Pizza - Gladwin

This location never has hot and readys available only more expensive pizza. The workers are rude when i didnt get handed my cheese i said i need a cheese as well and i got a response chill out dam like all i was saying was i needed a cheese sauce dam.My pizza was way unded cooked the slice just fell over and all toppins slide off due to how under cooked my pizza was. My breadsticks was doughy. Im just confused how no matter what time i go threw they have a excuse why they dont have hot n readys theyonly keep 1 up they said but yet have specialty pizzas available so if i dont want to wait i have 2 spend more money

The manager of the store contacted me due to this review and I was in the area and stopped by. She was pleasant and professional and explained some of the variables at play here and a little inside into the Little Ceasars practices. Sheapologized, indicated that I can always call in an order with special requests... SADLY, she did tell me that the Old WorldPepperoni Pizza promo ended... hopefully LC will make it a regular item. And she made me a new pizza that was fantastic. Thank you. I've ordered the Old World Pepperoni pizza before and love that there's little to no crust edge and the pizza wascovered in OW pepperoni. Now that pizza is available to do a custom order and add other items. I ordered an OW pizza withMushrooms and half with regular pepperoni. I expected the pizza I ordered to be made like the others I ordered but with theadditional items. IT WAS NOT. THERE WAS A 1 OR LARGER CRUST ON THE OUTER EDGE AND IT HARDLY HAD ANY OW PEPPERONI ON IT. NOTONLY WAS IT NOT MADE WELL IT WASN'T EVEN DONE. THERE WERE A COUPLE SPOTS WHERE THE CHEESE WASN'T EVEN MELTED. I BROUGHT ITHOME AND HAD TO BAKE IT MORE. I'VE NEVER BEEN DISAPPOINTED WITH LITTLE CEASARS IN THE PAST. NOT THIS TIME.. HOPEFULLY ITS NOTA TREND. WE'LL SEE. I ALSO SENT A CUSTOMER COMMENT EMAIL AND RECEIVED NO RESPONSE OR CONFIRMATION.

Pizza is usually decent. They sometimes have a hard time with special requests. Polite and courteous staff.

Pizza is always great , people are friendly as can be !! Crazy bread is always doughy as all get out.. wish that could change. Other than that nice place.

The staff was rude—when I asked for cheese sauce and explained that I needed it, I was met with an unfriendly "Chill out!" It was frustrating. My pizza was poorly cooked; the slice fell apart and all the toppings slid off because it was undercooked. The breadsticks were decent, though. I'm just confused because no matter what time I go, they always have an excuse for not having Hot 'N Ready pizzas. They claim they only keep one available, yet they still offer specialty pizzas. So if I want something right away, I have to pay extra.
