Sumith expertly selected wines to pair with each course, showing both knowledge and humor. Owain provided excellent service, taking care of our group's every need. Overall, it was a perfect evening for us.
Sumith, the head chef, was absolutely amazing! The food was the best we have ever had in Scotland, and touring the kitchen was a unique experience.
