In Chaplin’s Steakhouse everything was really perfect. From friendly service to the quality of food. We were there for the first time, but certainly not for the last time

The shop is NOT recommended: -too expensive, -Steak was good as ordered medium, -Burger did not cost, -to the cold ambience (in the back room), -SEHR long waiting times for food stress during billing, we were a larger group of people and it was claimed drinks are still open, but in any case already paid. - The owner is very unprofessional. Look at his picture at the entrance as he holds two middle fingers in the camera.

The steak was good, but not overwhelming, and the price for this is not justified as you pay for the supplement about 6 euros for each sauce € 1.50. The waiting time was just too long, although the store was not full for a Saturday. Since we were a group with 9 people and celebrated our friend's birthday, we broke a cake. Everything was called by phone. At once we wanted 5€ per record, on the grounds they had night table. The statement would have been a means and we could leave the cake in the car. I have experienced nothing unprofessional and unfriendly. Then they came along with the bills we really waited for forever, all had already paid. The boss should think about how and in what tone you deal with your customers.
