Fresh Choice - Gilroy

It was my first time going here. It was a pleasant experience, there wasn't alot of people. So no waiting in line and they're open for dine-in and patio. Friendly staff. All you can eat restaurant and family friendly environment.

My wife and I visited this restaurant, and we had a great experience. Julissa at the salad bar was very accommodating and helpful. We're really pleased to see that they offer a healthy buffet option. I had some reservations about how they would handle COVID-19 protocols, but I can confidently say they managed it very well. The staff serves the food for you, and you receive it at the end, all while maintaining an ALL-YOU-CAN-EAT setup. At just $12.99, it’s quite a good deal. I highly recommend trying the Caesar salad, the oven-baked chicken, and the delicious mussels.

It feels just like it did five years ago. The food is still fresh, and it's disheartening to learn that this is the last remaining place. It's great to see that they now offer meat options, like the BBQ-style chicken, which was delicious. The baked goods were especially tasty when they came out fresh, with the corn bread, brownies, and fresh bread all being delightful. The nacho bar was a new addition, along with the pasta and pizza stations that I remember. They no longer have a soft serve portion, but they did have a vanilla ice cream bucket. The fruit and pudding for dessert brought back memories of my kids. The staff was friendly and helpful, which made our quiet Monday visit enjoyable. They even prepared a new meal for us about half an hour before we left. We’ll definitely stop by next time we’re in town.

The restaurant has outdoor seating available. They serve and present your plate at the end of the meal. Thank you.
