Dutchman's Pizza - Gilroy

Horrible customer service. Lied to about time expectations. I would’ve been okay if I was told it’d take an hour(maybe I would’ve reevaluated ordering), but locking me into the order and wait additional time after checking in then not having it ready telling me it’d be an additional 30 minutes… not okay. Terribly disappointed in the new owners. The service is no where near what it was or what it should be.See story below.Phoned in an order on Valentine’s Day and was advised they were backed up and it’d be 35-45 minutes, which was okay. Get to the restaurant at 35 minutes and was told the order would be out shortly. 20 minutes goes by and was then approached stating that my order was never input in the system and it’d be another half hour before it’s ready. An offer of a voucher for a pizza at another time was extended but this was no where near worth an extra hour of my time to wait for them to fix their mistake. My pizza wasn’t going to take priority over other pizzas ordered after my original order and would be put in the queue at that point.

2 good sized flat-screens mounted up high, perfect for game night, cold Beer on tap and they make good pizza.

Been coming here for years! It’s the best place to come for some amazing pizza and always make a point to stop by when ever I am back in the area. The new remodel looks awesome and the new ownership and family are super nice and great customer service! 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for great pizza!

Clean, delicious, and such great customer service! The new owners have done a fabulous job with the restaurant! I highly recommend coming here!!! Yummy!
