Angelo's Italian Pizza Pasta - Gilmer

Was VERY DISPLEASED. Ordered the italian chicken scallopini. Was really looking forward to so itailian food. Order had a BURNT taste to it. I said something to the waitress and nothing was done. I called and was told by the owner that HE cooked in New York and also for stars like Halle Berry. Now I know way the waitress did not do anything because she works for an inbusal.You know good Etiquette with a customer would be to say, OH, I am so sorry let me refix or please let me suggest to cook something else.Not to try to belittle your customer. AND WHY? because then that CUSTOMER will write you a bad review and tell their friends how HORRIBLE you are and how BAD your service is and your TRUE ITALIAN as you state is not very good. Oh and after you telling me I have never ate TRUE ITALIAN food because I guess you feel that you are so much more superior and as you told me cook with WINE AND SAUCES I dont have sophisticated taste buds to know how TRUE FOOD taste...well your food taste like ****.
