Good customer service would have involved an apology and an offer to remake the dish or suggest something else. Instead, the owner chose to belittle me, saying I didn’t know what true Italian food was. This kind of attitude can easily lead to negative reviews and word-of-mouth complaints, which is unfortunate. I felt dismissed and patronized, particularly when the owner claimed that I lacked the sophisticated palate to appreciate his cooking. Truly, the food left much to be desired.
