Wendy's - Gilbert

I never come back here again. I love this place. family friendly is what this place to be. pastor ray made my experience unbearable here. speaking about non-believers is simply unacceptable to me at a workstation. how he's still busy here is a mystery to me.

Unfortunately, I did not look at my salad when I picked it up from the drive through, by the time I opened the salad, I found that someone had put some sort of dressing mayo based on the chicken. When I went back after my shift ended 5 pm, I was refused a refund. Bad call Wendy's.

I just ordered from Wendy's today. I ordered a biggie bag and two plain chicken sandwiches. They didn't give me a receipt and when I got home I learned I wasn't given what I ordered and instead got 10 nugget and a large fry with two sandwiches. Very disappointing and if I had been given a receipt I could have actually checked if they put the right order in.

I just went to the counter to order. The team member said 'we are backed up at the moment and won 't take your order! ' Then walked away. Boo it 's 1:50pm do better Wendy 's.

We are just now leaving the drive through. We had a hard time reading the menu in the drive through with the sun hitting it soon as we got up to the window before paying I asked if they had baked potatoes she said yes so I asked if we could change one of the fries for in one of the meals for a baked potato she said no it's to late, we haven't paid or received anything. Our food wasn't even ready we had to wait a couple of mins Why was a it to late????
