Typical wendys. excellent chili and a very decent burger (although a bit overpriced). the counter service was excellent. will return. food: 4/5

Ordered a chocolate frosty and got a cup of melted chocolate milk!! It was so bad I threw it out!! A frosty is usually thick ice cream!! Also got bacon on my burger that was so hard I almost cracked a tooth!! Fix your frosty machine and cook some fresh bacon would you!!

At this place at warner cooper has changed something definitiw. in the last 3 years, eating was always good and fresh. but for the last 3-4 months I always get a wrong order, chicken bugs are dry, cold and soggy. today I have placed an order for the delivery, safe enough the complete wrong burger came, huhn instead of big bacon classic. So after I pay $10 extra for delivery here, I go to my car to correct the order. that's getting ridiculous. I understand personal lack, but they should still read and make sure that the order is correct to keep their customers. I'll go a bit further and visit other places.

Elizabeth taking orders tonight for the drive up window really needs an attitude adjustment and should NOT be in customer service. Tried to tell me what I ordered was not a thing with an attitude. (Spicy chicken pub pretzel sandwich) Then she found it on her screen and said oh nvm still didn’t apologize for the attitude or being wrong. Then while we were waiting for our food she kept complaining about the cars pulling up.

The service was friendly. They made very nice remarks about my parrot, but the food was a disaster. I ordered a large Biggie Bag. I did get a delicious large natural lemonade. The chicken BLT was cold and the meat dry. The fries, normally delicious were cold and dry. To top it all off, the fries were smaller than a normal order, served in a cup the same size cup as the 4 piece chicken nuggets, which were also cold and dry.I've experienced ridiculously long drive-thru waits, but this was the first time the food has been abominable. To be clear, this was at the location at Cooper Warner, which is 2 minutes from my home. The next time I feel the need for Wendy's I will drive further to the location on AZ Avenue north of Guadalupe.
