The Gilbert House

This a cozy little location with amazing service and top notch food. My fiancée and I went there for breakfast for the first time today and we absolutely loved it. Here is a list of the food we ordered: Classic eggs Benedict: traditional, with a runny and very tasty hollandaise sauce. Healthy scramble: comes with veggies and is delicious. Eggs were soft and flavorful. Sides: ham and sweet potato fries. Again, they did not disappoint. Really tasty. Banana and walnut pancakes: My absolute favorite!!! They were fluffy but not too fluffy, flaky and not too sweet. Canned Cold brew was also amazing! So good I had to get an extra can to take home. Our server was super sweet and kept checkin in to make sure we were doing okay. Thank you for everything! We will definitely be back for more yummy food!

Cute little place. My husband ordered the spicy chorizo omelette(not pictured). Before I could snap a pic he was already digging into his food. He just wished it were a larger serving. Food was good overall and great customer service. Only one star less because the cinnamon roll was kinda dry. It wasn't as fresh as I had hoped for.

Called ahead and asked for estimate wait time? they told us it was completely open. Which by the time we arrived, some how 7 groups were ahead of us. Not sure how that worked but waited anyways. From signing in to getting seated was only about 15 minutes. They move very fast and have outdoor waiting area only. From getting seated to getting food was moderately quick. About 15 minutes and all our food was in front of us. Serving sizes were the perfect amount. The corned beef breakfast was excellent, the healthy scramble was cooked perfectly and tasted great. My child had the Kids breakfast and wanted strawberries on the pancake. No complaints from her either! Overall great experience for first time trying this place out.

Food is good. The staff is friendly. Get there before 9 and won?t have to wait long. The portion size is just enough to make you full but not overly stuffed.

Always a lovely visit here. It feels like going home for a visit,your treated like family. Everything feels fresh and made in house daily.
