Aside from that, this location is very slow with service, and from observing, it seems Jasmine, the bartender is the only competent person working this location. In my opinion the prices are a little high for what you get. $6.59 for 1/2 pound (5 boneless), 10 bone-in for $15.59. I would recommend this place, but give caution to prices service.
Was pretty excited to try this place. Got there and ordered 10 wings to go. After 50 minutes of sitting there waiting for my food I had to ask for a refund because no one could ever tell me when my food was coming. Pretty disappointed and definitely won?t be back.
It's national chicken wing day, how is the restaurant gonna be half empty at prime time with a wait of over an hour? Seated one person every 15m on average maybe. Hardly any people working the floor.
I have typically received average service at this restaurant, but my most recent experience was frustrating. We placed an online order for curbside pickup and were told it would be ready by 6:55 pm. However, when we checked at 7:00 pm, we were informed that there would be an additional 20-minute wait. After waiting for a while, the food was marked as delivered, but when I went inside to inquire, I was told they don't offer curbside service. Eventually, the food was brought out at 7:15 pm, missing items. After several failed attempts to get assistance, a manager finally helped resolve the issue. Despite leaving the restaurant at 7:25 pm, the only positive interaction I had was with the manager. I usually have a positive experience at this restaurant, but this time was disappointing due to the lack of good service. I recommend visiting another location of this restaurant or managing your expectations if you choose to dine here.
The food was subpar at this restaurant. I went with my roommate and husband. My roommate enjoyed the chicken and waffle wings, but I found my bacon cheeseburger to have a strange taste, possibly from the bacon. My husband had sliders that were so overcooked and thin that he couldn't eat them. The waitress, Sarah, was great, but unfortunately, the kitchen staff seemed to be lacking in skill.
