Jamba Juice - Gilbert

The restaurant has some issues with paying attention to substitution requests or additions to items, especially when ordering through the mobile app. While they acknowledge the requests, they often do not fulfill them. Despite requesting peanut butter multiple times, it has only been added correctly twice. Additionally, the employees sometimes seem uninterested or busy when customers enter the store. However, the bowls and smoothies are good when they do listen to the requests. Overall, the restaurant receives one star for its convenient location and tasty menu items when prepared correctly.

I have been a fan of Jamba for years and have been ordering from this location regularly. However, today I was disappointed when a gentleman arrived for work just before 10:30AM and started making smoothies for the customers without washing his hands. Despite the long wait, I understood that the lone staff member was doing her best to serve customers quickly. It was concerning to me that the gentleman did not take 30 seconds to wash his hands before handling food and drinks.

AMAZING RESTAURANT!!! The store is super clean and bright. Angel, who helped me and whose name was on the receipt, was incredible. So friendly, welcoming, and patient. Kudos to the employees and a shout out to the owner of this store! We will definitely be coming back every day during our visit.

A little hard to properly say how good this store is without using vulgar adjectives. The only place that I will go to that is out of my way to work in the morning. Over the last decade I have seen employees come and go and to this day the service hasalways been great or fantastic.

It's always amazing after my workouts and I regular basically every week. It isn't limited to just smoothies but also some food and snacks. I wouldn't suggest it for a birthday or anything as the place is a bit small but if it's just to visit and pick upsomething then it's a definite yes for anyone who loves healthy and amazing taste in their drinks
