JK Chinese Gourmet - Gilbert

We have dined at this restaurant numerous times, and it consistently delivers excellent quality, service, and fantastic food. We typically order family-style, and all the dishes come out hot, freshly prepared, and made with fresh meats and vegetables. The staff is efficient, and to-go orders are handled quickly and accurately. We have been patrons since they first opened, and the restaurant is clean, without being overly elaborate or heavily decorated. They focus on providing great Chinese and American dishes, and we can't recommend it enough. Give it a try!

We tried a dish called "something-bang chicken" that had jalapeños. It was our first time trying it, and I expected it to be spicy because of the icon, but surprisingly it wasn't. The sauce was quite sweet, and while the jalapeño added some flavor, I probably won't order it again. Finally, we had the chow mein noodles with no meat or vegetables, and they were surprisingly delicious. They paired well with the sauces on my plate, and I would definitely order that again.

Lunch menu has a large number of options. You get a ton of food for the price. The hot and sour soup was one of the best I have had. The sesame chicken was good. Not spicy as indicated on the menu but fried well with good flavor. Fried rice was flavorful and well done.

Best food in Gilbert. I 've found. The lady that answers the phone and says what you want ? Is hilarious. She always gets my order right, the food is always so fresh and its very affordable. The lunch specials are awesome. The eggrolls are wonderful as long as they dont give you spring roll. I love this place.

We have eaten at this restaurant many times and it maintains its quality, service and terrific food. We usually order family style and all of the dishes r hot, freshly made, with fresh meats, veggies etc. Staff is efficient and to go orders r handled fast and accurate. We have eaten there since they first opened and it is clean, not elaborate or overly culturally decorated. They work hard at just good Chinese/American dishes. Can?t say enough. Try it.
