Brimstone Pnw Smokehouse - Gig Harbor

What a great addition to Gig Harbor restaurants. We could have ordered a meal according to the size of the portion. My husband loves the frito cake. The bride was amazing. And they have homemade ice cream as dessert option, but we were too filled to try it. We have something to go.

Pretty good BBQ for this area, Brisket was brilliant, chicken was great, ribs were a little dry but the taste was there! Cocktails were also great! Old fashion with a thick bacon plate is a great drink

Said to gig port with friends. Our thirst for a short walk with some artisanal beers. Seahawks in the 4th on the big screens as usual observed. Lol. Recommended.

Wanted to get ice cream from Iscreamery and decided that bbq sound good. The Taco plate is what we had that I had Brisket and my wife made the special lamb. It was great and we will definitely be back for bbq. There was a pinch of ice cream.

Brimstone is such a delightful local restaurant. It's such a gem in Gig Harbor. Staff was exceedingly friendly, food was fantastic, and their patio felt like magic at sunset. Super friendly to families, and we saw many come and go for the ice cream scoop shop located there. We will gladly return again.
