Before pandemic reviews This place is a paradise for those who just love Pan Asian cuisine. The ambience of the place is very nice. The food is just perfect and the staffs are very cooperative as well.
Must try: Brownie, noodles, spring rolls, chicken pan fried momos.Ambience and service is pretty good!!
Amazing food, great quantities and excellent packaging.<br/ <br/ I ordered Mongolian Chicken, Crispy Honey Chicken and the Red Thai Chicken Curry.<br/ <br/ The food arrived piping hot in less time than expected, and the whole experience was very enjoyable.
Four home deliveries and one dine in from Berco’s in the last 3 weeks... this is how my review goes: <br/ Service at the restaurant: 3 stars <br/ Food Delivery: 5 stars<br/ Food at the restaurant: 4 stars<br/ Beverage: 1 star<br/ <br/ My latest experience with Berco’s was a dine in owing to my first salary in a long time, the unlock coming about and the fact that I loved the food when I had previously ordered it via Swiggy and Zomato for delivery. <br/ <br/ The dining experience was far from a disaster but definitely let me down from my expectations. The service staff were short handed and poorly managed over a weekend wherein the restaurant was not even packed to capacity. Multiple service requests had to be repeated and the service staff seemed to be like headless chickens running to whichever table seemed to be calling out the loudest. <br/ <br/ The root beer was a massive disappointment. A coke mixed with lemon is NOT a root beer!<br/ <br/ The Singapore chicken wok and the Kothey chicken momos were delightful as always and perfectly cooked. The crispy lamb was over salted and over fried due to which the lamb was no longer identifiable. I usually go for the Thai Green curry but opted for the Red one this time and I would urge anyone trying it to go for the Green as it is made with more heart!<br/ <br/ It felt like a self service restaurant when I finally had to go to the POS myself to pay for the meal as the server kept ignoring me when I called for the check and finally pointed out that the manager/superior would help even as he was busy upselling an item to another client who came there after me. The manager/superior did apologize genuinely for the same when I brought it to his attention and for this I did not rate the service as a 1. <br/ <br/ Overall, if not for the dismal (thankfully not the worst I’ve experienced) service, I would’ve rated this as a superior experience however, the service left a bitter taste in my mouth despite all the good food the chef had plated
