If you ask double protein they charge you for double bowl . Thats crazy i never see chipotle

Food is expensive. I ordered a bowl with rice and chicken, and I was charged $14. All I had was half scoop of hard, half cooked rice with burnt chicken.

Very poor quality, there's never any fajita veggies cooked, my current order they didn't have any steak, black beans or chips! When I got home with my order I noticed that the brown rice in my bowl was under cooked, like not even a little, it was hard as a rock, I nearly broke a tooth. When I asked the staff about not having my ordered ingredients, they stated it was because they're understaffed but as I looked over his shoulder I counted 6 people behind in the kitchen, 3 of which standing around, not sure what they were doing but I was less than impressed!

Food was ok, servers were slow and not engaged, dirty surroundings, including horrible bathroom.
