Bidra med feedbackWe stayed at Alpina last night for dinner. You go through a sports shop in a really nice Italian restaurant. The decoration and decoration are finely tuned, very comfortable furniture and very beautiful Italian music in the background. We pay attention to these details as we want to feel comfortable at dinner. What would be more beautiful if instead of paper napkins that are made of fabric and what we do not like are snout pepper shakers with already ground fine pepper, here are beautiful pepper mills on the table! Now to the actual, the operation was very polite and beautiful, let us choose a table and immediately hand over the cards. What we find very good, which is not immediately asked for the beverage request, so you only have time to study the map to find the right drink for yourself. Finally we chose a large bottle of water and white wine (Anais). As an appetizer we have ordered a large antipasti dish and when ordering it is intended for us two. The quality and selection was very good, only it is a shame that for example only one Bruschetta was found on the plate. To the main dish we had on the one hand 6 huge cloves with band noodles and salad and chicken breast with rosemary spoons and gratinized spinach. The shrimps were fantastic, like the band noodles and the salad, just pointed! In the chicken breast there is unfortunately a puncture on the one hand there were only 2 small thin slices, so that it became dry during the frying and unfortunately no lemon was sampled at the sauce. For this, the rosemary apples were the best I had eaten in my life, and the spinach to kneel down, just great. After eating there was an espresso macchiato that was especially perfect and hot, there is almost nothing worse than a lukewarm espresso after eating. In service, I suppose there are the owners with son, I want to talk a little more initiative and maybe a little more. It's almost a shy atmosphere, but we don't want to interpret too much, after all we were there and can fool us. All in all it was a more than successful evening, the quality of the dishes is good too good, the price-performance ratio is excellent, the operation beautiful and the ambience top! We usually eat on Saturday, I think we need to change our habit and go to eat more on Friday. Unfortunately, the restaurant has only opened on Friday and Monday night, which we find incredible shame, only Saturday is used by many for dinner. The restaurant should also make more advertising for itself, also a trip from Fulda is worth looking for Gersfeld, as already written, the ambience, performance and value for money can be long sought for in Fulda, a visit is worthwhile and more advertising is rewarded with certainty.
